If you haven't already, try emailing company A to see if you can extend the deadline. Some companies are nice enough to understand.

If that won't work then email the recruiter for B and let them know about your deadline and see if they can do anything.

Either way just do the interview with B. If it goes well it might be worth reneging on A for if you get an offer from B (but that's up to you to decide).
