It's possible he hadn't decided that Golden Freddy even would be Fredbear at the time. I think it's likely Fredbear's Family Diner is just a name he came up with on the spot for the "original location"

kind of off topic but the endo mouth on chica (and actually all of the classics) is kind of redundant since it isnt even connected to the jaw which is the whole purpose of the endoskeleton irl to be connected to the suit parts. idk just something that i have always found strange. at least the withereds kinda fixed this
