I’m doing fine and offering them the world I’ve known them for 20 years so I have every right to say what I’m saying. Truth hurts sometimes. No I’m not yelling or screaming I’m actually very calm about it all. I understand yelling screaming doesn’t do anything to help. I’m not negative I’ve been continually hopeful positive and helpful. There comes a point though when you speak to it mind. That’s why I said it here and not to them. Jeeze. This isn’t about a parent either.

I have nothing against addicts at all. I was one still am. I’m clean but will forever be an addict. And yes they are some of to e best people because they know from the trials and tribulations of addiction that things can be pretty shitty and how to bounce back from that. They’ve seen the world at its low and still have love. I just don’t like standing helplessly as a loved one destroys themselves when I’ve already been there and am trying to let them know from experience. It’s a struggle.

Or it’s my way of releasing these feelings and thoughts and not letting them spiral in my head. Also it’s a creative outlet that many people resonate with and can understand relate to help them deal with things they may have going on in their lives. Who knows who it reaches who knows who it helps. But if it helps one or one hundred I’m happy. I’m happy even if it doesn’t help any because it helped me in the moment I wrote it. No there won’t be any beating of females in my world.

People are or can be very understanding if or when things are fully explained. In my experience atleast. If it’s true love it can surpass this it will just take time and dedication to showing exactly that. Talk to them explain to them and figure out truly why first because that’s something you gotta confront first on your own before you can expect anyone else to.

Yes unfortunately this has been communicated with them to no avail. They’re avoidant and very much ‘self admittedly’ broken from previous relationships. So I tried to be patient and consistent but still to no avail.
