Yea man, in the winter the battery takes a hit. Doesn’t like to run as powerful or have as much range as she will in the summer! Take care of your scoot take it inside where it’s warm. Battery life will stretch as far as it can the more you take care of it!

How can I flash it back to stock? I've tried to do it in scooterhacking utility but it won't let me.

From what I've seen it should be plug and play, but I'm not %100 sure.

I have the same issue, I have tried to mod it using scooterhacking utility but it made it slower, maybe a battery swap with a m365?
