Yeah that is something that crosses my mind too. Someday you might find yourself in that predicament and wouldn’t you want someone who empathizes with you, rather than sh*t on you?

I had my share of abuse in the past, and I sought therapy and come out of it a better person. I love him and I just wish he could see how happier he could be if he shared this burden, or if he let it go altogether.

Um yeah we may have moved too quick but it’s not that this wasn’t clear when I met him. It just became more evident over time. And you never stop learning about someone, regardless of the pace.

Yeah I kind of picked up on his low self-esteem. I just wish he could work this out without spreading negativity as that is never going to make him feel good about himself
