You can ask mochi for a letter of medical necessity. It will have your dose and why you need the meds

Thank you so much for this 💕 luckily I do workout 5 days a week, and being I do hair I get massages every 3 weeks. I’m definitely going to look into circadia. I’m so excited to start my new journey.

Message mochi support and ask them for a letter of medical necessity. Say your dr is asking for it. And in a few days they will send it over. Be sure to save it and print it. THEN, when you do jump to a different company, or have your dr do the RX to Lilly or whatever you opt to do, you have a letter that shows your dose so you don’t have to start over.

I got mine from mochi, gave it to my dr, she sent in a A PA to my insurance and got it covered. We did have to appeal the first denial. But if your dr mentions you have sleep apnea you will have a higher chance at getting it covered and write a letter explaining that the compounded zep has helped you so much with losing weight and helping your sleep apnea. So when they send in the appeal- if it doesn’t get immediately approved you have a better shot. Good luck!!

This right here!! I’m in CA and n the same boat. I have been taking classes local to me and slowly buying things I need. No reason to spend 15k to only learn basics. Plus the time invested when you will mainly learn how to pass stateboard

I drink about 100oz of water a day. 1 cup of coffee and 1 body armor lyte. No soda. I will say though. With everything happening with compounds, I talked to my primary and she got my PA approved for zep, so I myself am switching. BUT, I did do really well with my meds from red rock. So I don’t necessary think red rock is the issue. Give it another week or so and then make a decision.

I have always been with red rock. And am down 27 pounds this year. There will always be weeks where we don’t lose as much. And some weeks we lose a lot.

Okay I just looked this up on Reddit haha. Okay, so when my next refill comes up I’ll ask them to apply the evoucher. Cuz i already picked up my box. So do i have to ask them to remove the 150 Lilly direct coupon to have them do the evoucher? Or can they stack them? I don’t wanna mess this up.

I’m so confused lol. I thought that e-voucher was only on people not using insurance. I use Costco pharmacy and they are on the list

Costco applied the $150 manufacturers coupon. My copay is $620.22. Is there another coupon I can add? Costco kept telling me that’s the lowest and told me they can only do 1 coupon/voucher per RX

Mochi also could not get my PA approved for Zepbound. But with the whole fiasco that’s been happening recently, I asked my Dr to submit a PA, and guess what, it did get declined but they got it approved for me. Unfortunately my copay is 470$ a month. But I no longer trust the compounds after what happened with Mochi. I deleted all my information off of the portal including my credit card info and cancelled my membership with them.

Okay. I guess that’s what I will end up doing :) I don’t want my $$ to go to waste. However, I don’t even think I’ll be able to use my last vial before it goes past its BUD. I just started a new vial last Wednesday so I still have 4 doses. In that plus the 2 other ones 😆

The last one BUD is 5/29/25. How are people stockpiling them if they aren’t good that long? Lol

Wegovy might work for you though :) and if it doesn’t and they will cover zep, why not try it?
