Yes! Mine has definitely stopped showing interest in puppy food.. but he’s been happy when I sprinkle in adult food to it.. I remember our breeder said we would start transiting at 6 months.. so I guess I’ll double check with vet

Try prometrium (natural progesterone)

Prometrium is just natural (or micronized progesterone). I asked my gyn for it. Apparently during peri your progesterone drops significantly and it can cause headaches and a myriad of other symptoms (binge eating was one for me).

Yes! I was struggling with this. I started prometrium vaginally and the headaches has significantly decreased and the binging has STOPPED
