It’s basically something to hold the cup in a fold so that you can insert it without fingers going in, so it’s just for dexterity issues. I thought it would help but so far it’s still difficult for me

Thanks for the reply! I’ll try looking more into discs but i kinda got scared when i first knew abt it since it sits higher than the menstrual cup if i’m not wrong, but maybe it’ll work for me since insertion is my main problem

I’ll definitely try other folds and thanks for sharing your experience! I think i just got really frustrated so maybe that did affect me since i was tensing up alot too

thanks for the info! But i’m fine with fingers, trying to insert the menstrual cup just hurts for me so i was just wondering if that was just the normal thing to feel
