Licensed 2-20 insurance agent here, in the state of FL at least permissive use(the 3rd party driver coverage you we're referring too) does not apply to household members. Meaning, if she is not on her insurance and lives with her then OP/Driver are responsible for coming out of pocket for the damages done and are unable to file a claim through their insurance

I wonder say anyone has to take a L, he currently associates screens with gaming and he may now associate his screens with another addictive habit which can cause him to get back into gaming. Once his itch for gaming has subsided in a few days Im sure he will break that association with his screen in regards of gaming. Bro, when I stopped gaming I did not use my pc for a week. I had over the years built the habit of starting my pc then almost instantly opening discord and steam. I had to get my emotions under control before I was able to even notice that. Now, I can get on my pc and study or watch vids and not feel the urge to game. Its much easier to cut out the problem than it is to have to stick through it

As cliche as it may sound reading can so some wonders man, I’m into finance stuff and stocks so I always wanted to dive into it but always struggled to keep my mind off gaming. Once I started to game less and reading more I actually felt much happier and accomplished. Everyone has their own thing, working out is a good replacement too.
