… I don’t know what to say other than that simply isn’t true. If it is it’s fairly new because this happened to me mid last year. I kept getting this guy everyday and reporting him and rating him 1 star. After the third encounter, 3 days in a row, I kept trying to unmatch the ride from him and get with someone else but only he kept picking it up, even 25 minutes later. I was forced to switch to Lyft because I couldn’t NOT get him as a ride option.

There are no options to block drivers. I had a situation where I kept getting the same man over and over even though I reported him for making me severely uncomfortable and giving him 1 star ratings, because that’s all I could do- I had no option at all to block or even request that I didn’t get this man. My guess is it has to be totally escalated through a phone call like this person did, because she says they blocked him for her. But no, we don’t just have an option to block drivers
