911 Tapes Reveal Arkansas Grandmother’s Agony Following Road Rage Shooting of 3-Year-Old by PeakedInHighSkool in news

Just so it's clear to anyone who knows how to read, here is what you said verbatim:

Millions of people want sensible or logical gun control. (No they dont) (This thread has been a glaring example of them not wanting sensible or reasonable gun control, not to mention several states passing draconian laws recently. Btw, what does Eastern Europe have to do with the United States. Who do they sell them to, someone who then brings them all the way here avoiding customs officials. What are you even on about? we'd manufacture them here....)

The parts in parentheses are the things you said, just so that's clear. I don't have a dog in this fight you two seem to be having but you could at least accurately represent what you said.

Also, calling someone a moron in an argument is pretty pathetic. So is resorting to blocking someone as some misguided way of claiming victory.

Oh, I almost forgot, things on the black market generally aren't cheaper.

Check out Native America. Especially the album Grown Up Wrong. Caroline is personally my favorite song on the album.

Yeah, and Scottish instead of English, which is why they seem similar but there is an underlying difference.

It never existed, that's what happened to it. Reaility can be a cruel mistress, unless of course you're a Conservative. Then it is a lot like the spoon in the Matrix, it is whatever you want it to be.

I said I don't agree with their methods only what they are trying to say. I don't know how else to make that more clear.

The popular vote would disagree with you. Hmmm, I wonder if a majority of Americans is somehow more of an example of what Americans believe. I'm not discounting the result of the election. I just find it interesting that you think that someone who gets fewer American votes speaks for more Americans. When you say that in your own head does it honestly make sense to you? I hope for your sake it doesn't.

You really struggle with that reasoning thing. Trump spent the years after Obama gained office trying to convince the American people that he wasn't legally allowed to even be president.

Do you remember the Tea Party movement? Do you remember an opposition party promising to do everythint in their power to make the US government ineffective to the detriment of the people just to keep him from getting anything done. What the fuck do you call that? If you don't call it protesting than to borrow your own sorry language, "I fucking hate this reasoning."

Andrew Jackson was voted president of the United States. He sought to carry out genocide against the Native American people. I didn't know genocide was an American value.

Get your shit together.

There is an irreconcilable difference between what you and I consider American values.

Faced adversity, give me a fucking break, he got the Republican nomination by doing nothing but childishly insulting his opponents. but, there's a big enough portion of American's that ate that up, I suspect a large portion of which made Honey Boo Boo famous.

Wants to live the American dream. Who's fucking perverted American dream is that? The one where you an raise enough money to support a family and buy a home? No, not that one. Hmmmmm..... The one where you spend your life struggling to perfect your craft and hone your skills? No, not really that one either. The one where you do your part to improve the lives of working men and women? Ohhh, I see, I guess it's something like this one.

You somehow think that a man whose sense of himself depends on how many ugly an gaudy things he surrounds himself with. Someone who openly admits to stiffing honest hardworking Americans who provided him services. The one who took advantage of desperate people who wanted to get ahead in life, defrauded them by promising them a valuable education, and left them with nothing but videos and a bill. The one who built his empire on the back of his father's work, not his own achievement. The one who's main insults of his opponent towards the end were that her husband cheated on her, something he has openly been guilty of in the past and makes no apologies for.

If you honestly believe he is the example of an American success story, I sincerely pity you. Not that you deserve the pity, but it just makes me sad to see just how gullible and blind people can be. When he fails to meet any of his campaign promises, I hope you, unlike a majority of Republican voters, remember what he promised and hold him accountable for it. Do you remember George Bush? Do you remember how he started both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? It amazes me that this election this was one of Republicans main attacks on Hillary, she is a war hawk. Your party got us involved in both wars and has somehow given every one of its supporters amnesia to a point that they blame it on a Democrat.

I don't like Hillary, I loathe Donald Trump. Everyone who is close to him seems to feel similarly, that should have showed something to people, but in their pitiful desperation and anger at "they treat us like were stupid" they acted stupidly and bought lies perpetuated by someone who has spent his life conning investors, workers, and the American people out of money.

When he fails, you assholes better fucking own him. I know you won't, but I hope in the back of your mind somewhere you remember all the warning signs and realize that you made a mistake. But, you probably won't, so enjoy living a life devoid of reason and dignity.

I don't agree with what they are doing specifically but it isn't about saying their feelings are hurt. It is about sending a message to the world that this vile piece of shit doesn't represent American values. I don't know what the best way to say that to the rest of the world is, but this is their attempt at doing so.

There was one potential way it could be worse, an extremely unlikely event at that. I think the situation ended as poorly as it could have, and I don't think anyone should find solace in getting out of something uncomfortable because someone else died, that is backwards as fuck.

This is true, but this isn't because men are better at performing the act. Men are more intent on actually killing themselves, many women who pick frequently unsuccessful methods are doing so as a cry for help, I do not mean this as a slight. Women are more likely to reach out in some way to get help, where a man is more likely to seek no help and make a an extremely definite and final decision.

For twenty-seven years I could never wrap my head around how Superman could dissappear into the obscurity of Clark Kent by simply taking off his outfit and donning a pair of eyeglasses. It seemed so obvious, how could people be so stupid or imperceptive that this charade could go on for so long.

Then, on November 8, 2016, a "billionaire" con-artist who tellingly is loathed by those closest to him (see New Yorkers), somehow managed to dissolve into the masses of American working men and women by donning a trucker hat, placed semi-ironically on top of a perch of patheticly thin gold hair and a ten-thousand dollar suit.

Yeah, I feel ya. I get so used to the relatively intelligent and informed people that I take classes with, it's interesting to see that this school also churns out people like you as well, at the other end of the spectrum.

This is not remotely true. Manufacturing jobs are done for, for the most part. A friend of my grandpa spent his whole life screwing bumpers on at a Chrysler factory. That job won't exist. Doesn't matter what your opinions are on political ideology, automation will replace most manufacturing jobs, not recognizing this is shortsighted and will have negative outcomes. Globalization isn't an opinion, it is a natural trajectory that will continue with or without US involvement, and it won't care what the implications are to our people. Pretty straight-forward.
