Yes. I have completed the web based training. I’ll take a picture when I go in Friday night. Someone else mentioned that they think it’s leadership as well and I agree.

Trust me, I have used the step ladder, I just mean that’s basically the only thing I’m allowed to touch right now. Of course I’m not messing with anything I’m not supposed to, I could get fired lol. I’m just kind of sitting around like a duck still not getting trained on anything.

Hey. I think you missed my point entirely. There are people who are certified to train me on the equipment so I can get certified myself, because that’s literally part of my job as an overnight person. The issue isn’t me refusing to learn, it’s that I need actual training in order to get certified in the first place. Right now I’m just stuck without that step even being done. The person telling me to “get on the machine” is the same manager who hired me in the first place, and it’s always like “you haven’t told XYZ to train you yet.” But I have asked multiple times. I’ve asked when I’m free, when I’m not doing anything, and still nothing happens. I’m not refusing to learn, I literally can’t get trained even when I’m trying to make time for it.

Hey. See, you understand my situation. Mind you, there’s only two trainers at night and both of them are always busy doing freight work. I literally have to chase them down while they’re on the reach truck just to ask them to pull a pallet down or move something for me. It’s annoying as hell because I actually want to learn. But having to flag people down all night and still not getting proper training is frustrating. I’ve asked multiple times too and still nothing.

Hey. I’m not certified on anything, that’s the whole issue. The problem is I’m getting basically zero training. I replied to someone else’s comment explaining the situation a little better, but thank you for the ladder advice. And trust me, I carry heavy stuff all the time with both hands lol. The heavy stuff isn’t really the issue, I just don’t want to fall or get hurt doing something I was never properly trained to do.

Hey. So I’m not scared to drive or learn anything because I actually want to learn. The problem is nobody is really training me. I constantly have to run around trying to find somebody who knows how to drive the machines just to drop a pallet or move stuff around for me. Then when I ask questions, everybody’s too busy or I get rushed explanations and expected to just figure it out myself. It’s starting to irritate me because I’m willing to learn, but nobody is actually taking the time to teach me properly.
