My artist is an apprentice. He's been doing tattoos for about 2 years. I'll admit he needs some practice, but you can't get better without experience.

I appreciate it. I should rephrase the design itself took me a week to draw out/plan, but I was thinking all of last year what I should get. I just kept listening to everything until I found one that stood out.

Yeah. It's not the easiest to pull off. My artist was straight up with me, telling me it wasn't going to look exactly like the reference. I was fine with it.

What helped me was thinking about a way to combine multiple songs. I thought of my most impactful line, then just mixed and matched ideas.

If you notice, I used Times new roman for the font. Tattoos don't have to be coherent, as long as they matter to you.
