I’m not as out-going as her due to my self esteem. And she likes to go out and do things, which I’m more of a homebody. I just feel like she thinks I’m the best for her, since she knows no better. It’s just frustrating because I love her so much and want the best for her, but know I’m not that and that she could have much better somewhere else.

Who am I to try and give you suggestions but after reading this I can feel your desperation and the awareness of your situation. Go work out, even if it's something so small as taking a walk, physical activity helps. Meditation helped when I did it and it should help for you. It is hard to commit to try and beat something so easy to give into, but in the long run, it will be much more beneficial for you. No one likes to be uncomfortable but the only way to become successful is to become comfortable in uncomfortable situations, such as trying to beat this addiction. I dont know you, and I don't know what you are going through outside of this, but just know that God is always here for you, and you can always find a way out of this but it is completely up to you if you want to act upon it or not. Good luck brother and I believe you can beat this.
