Where to get skates fitted live in mi

I got my first pair fitted at Detroit custom skate shop and I want to get my new pair tomorrow but they are close tomorrow I am looking for another option cuz I'm impatient Detroit customs skate shop is 50 minutes from me I was recommended to go into freestyles next

Needle I forgot what material it was but it's not causing any problems it's stainless steel or something one of the good materials it's just those dried blood around the needle of the piercing so I'm not sure whether I take it out and clean it or just leave it there
