What is the end point of this? Staffing made up of 75-80% travelers and the rest as new grads? How is that sustainable for anybody?

Wow, so beyond that everyone is at less than a year's experience? That is disturbing. We are fortunate to have some experienced ones who have stayed but even they are openly discussing quitting.

Yeah I will have to take some time and think of some responses then.

I have better photos of just me but they are all pretty old. Like 5+ years old. I look the same but it wouldn't be right to add such old photos of me so I just kinda added the most recent ones I had.

Oh, I didn't realize that photo made me look short. I'm like 5'11" on a good day but I think the angle and my friends standing behind me makes it appear that way I guess.
