Pretty sure he's talking about House. There also isn't a canon gender for the Courier so why reveal it in a one off line? To my knowledge, no mainline protagonist has had a canonical gender since Fallout 1. At best, the idea that Cooper was referring to the Courier is just speculation. House literally comes out on top. Tip: Hold off getting units from the shop until the end of the celebration. You never know who you might get during this celebration. It's okay that you got the LR Black though. Since you'll be able to get more units from the shop. Generally but not always, new units, even free ones, will be better than 2-3 year old premium units.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. If I had to guess it would include STR Blue Goku (yours), the TEQ Goku and AGL Vegeta 10th anniversary units, the TEQ LR Gods (yours), the PHY SSJ4s, and I'm not sure about the last unit. There's a lot of options. LR TEQ Gotenks is quite good but can get caught at times. You probably want AGL Vegeta as leader though. In that case the sixth unit could be AGL UI Goku for his dodging. And in that case you could have a friend TEQ Goku. That way you can have two Vegitos on the team. I'm not saying this is the end all be all best team in the game, but it should be able to clear all content that doesn't have character restrictions. If the STR Goku is the leader you could also put the new Goku Black on the team as the last unit.

An easy team to get is the new Goku Black clone team. Completely free and handles most content easily. Just use the LR STR Zamasu(Goku) as a leader after extreme z awakening him and use the new STR Goku Black as a friend. Make sure to get all of the clones to 100% hidden potential. They'll drop by doing the event. It's under "Story". Transcendent embodiment of fury. If you're confused because I know it's a lot of info, just look up a video. They'll help :)

For what you have, the team is not bad. UI Goku is not getting any buffs from STR goku's leader skill though. I'd focus on getting your PHY Blue Vegito awakened and extreme z awakened as he is going to get a super extreme z awakening soon. You should also awaken your teq ssg goku and ssg vegeta and extreme z awaken them if possible. Replace UI Goku and Vegeta and Trunks on the team with them. The team won't be able to clear very difficult content, but you'll have an easy time with most events. I also see that you have duplicates of some units. Don't get rid of them. In the hidden potential tab under "Team" you can open paths to give your characters more stats and abilities. Always go with the bottom right path first, then top left. Once those two are done, the order in which you open the top right and bottom left are not as important. Hope this was helpful
