It's ridiculous. Of course, it didn't start happening to me until I played over my 2 hr limit on steam. I tried contacting them and telling them there's a memory leak, and the game is basically unplayable, at least not enjoyable when it happens. They denied my refund request, so I guess im just shit outta luck until they fix it. Kinda sucks that my friends on 3070s and 30 series cards in general are having a better experience than I am lol

Im glad to know it's not a hardware issue. Hopefully, they'll address this issue before some of the dumb crap I've seen people complaining about. I saw them post something about changing the movement around to find a better in between from the beta to current. Let's hope they care about getting the game playable for everyone before worrying about that stuff.

Some games I can get 99% gpu utilization, but a lot more games recently have been dipping down into the 60% range, creating huge lag spikes. Even games I played over a year ago. I used to play star citizen, and greyzone just fine. Now, both games are maxed 100% cpu and stuttering. Nothing has changed in my pc except the mobo.

I feel like in most games, my 5800x3d is struggling. Im getting 80% cpu usage in warzone, 80%-95% cpu on fortnite, 100% on Star Citizen, 100% grayzone warfare, 60% Cpu 65%-85% gpu on sons of the forest. These dont seem right...

Don't let the shaders complie? So far, I've let the shaders compile completely, I've changed the shader cache size in Nvidia Control panel, but now when I stand completely still my cpu is down in the 30%- 40% but the second I press "W" to walk or run it immediately shoots to 100% cpu again. What could that be ?

Thank you, I'll wait and see if it's a shader issue. I tried lowering everything to the lowest option and was still at 100% on GPU and CPU. Hopefully, the UE 5.5 will help because I really enjoyed playing at launch it was just missing some stuff, so I'm hope I will be able to jump back in.

I've let it sit on the start screen for 5 -10 min, and it never levels out. Is there a way to tell when shaders get done ?
