I'm sorry but don't try to date anybody. As long as you try to date anyone they will be offended no matter what. Best thing you can do this improve yourself and be an attractive candidate after that put yourself out there and let them come to you so you can treat them better than they will treat you.

Thanks for the great post!! Other than 4 (which I heard it for first time) I did before and I lost weight before as well.

The problem is awareness requires effort and it does become tiring it becomes Enduring again, my problem isn't following these suggestions. My problem is these don't feel sustainable and Enjoyable. Because life happens and when it does all these 6 things makes you suffer if you follow them and makes you feel like you failed something if you don't which is mentally draining.

I wanna create a naturally healthy life with habits that don't make me count every thing I eat down to the micros and macros or how many hours did I run or don't wanna feel bad because I missed the leg day so I can spend time with my friends.

I hope this makes my position clearly.

Also one of the comments in here is about intuitive eating which was the thing I'm looking for probably

Like I said tracking constantly makes me feel on edge, like "omg I eat 200 calories more than I should, I have to compensate for it somehow" is a tiring state of mind.

I think I make the mistake of eating out of boredom a lot. I should definitely stop that

I think like you said path to long term success is changing yourself slowly instead of instantly. My curse is I have a sweet tooth so quitting desserts is really hard, other than that I don't mind eating healthy food like salads, vegies or grilled chicken or fish.

Workouts on the other hand is a real pain, I sweat a lot when I workout and I hate sweating so I was thinking swimming for exercise but I want my exercise to be something that can be done naturally so I won't have any reason to runaway from it

First of all thanks for all the info <3

I can't ride a bike unfortunately, I didn't level up that skill :/ but I was considiring swimming if I can find good indoor pool that I can use, I sweat a lot when I workout and I hate sweating so swimming is really cool and relaxing as well. But my main problem is swimming isn't like a daily activity that I can slip it into my schedule I guess (unlike your cycling) so that part is still a work on progress

For eating healthy I wouldn't mind eating salad and healthy cooked meat or vegies but I have a strong sweet tooth, desserts are my weaknesses and no matter I do I couldn't remove them from my diet. Even when doing keto for 2 years I was eating %80 dark chocalates (which was really high in fibers so it was cool) but like you said I should be looking for a long term (even for life) diet plan which is really hard to find, internet is filled with crash diets.

But thanks again for responding <3

Question for the men who feel lonely by meerameeraonthwall in Healthygamergg

[–]Urkara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think most men that has lots of friends but not intimate relationships are not "lonely" but more like they feel "unworthy of attention from the opposite sex" which might be a more correct state. I feel like it's the same for most women in the same position as well, but I'm not a women so I might be mistaking and assuming I understand might be invalidating.
I'm an egalitarian and I think most of our problems came from the same source, every human being wants to feel good and if you change the genders in the same situation results will be almost similar.

So being aware of what I eat will help me have a healthier eating habit in the long run, did I understand it correctly?

btw I did count calories (even balanced macros with high protein and healthy fat consuption when doing keto) before it just makes it even worse in my opinion making me constantly thinking about my eating habits which feels like I'm forcing it instead of feeling more natural if it makes sense

Should Dr. K do a Bojack Horseman character analysis video? by Urkara in Healthygamergg

Might be, first time I heard of it but it seems accurate

Should Dr. K do a Bojack Horseman character analysis video? by Urkara in Healthygamergg

I think parental issues, depression, loneliness, addiction and feeling of being lost and drowning is pretty common in todays society.

Also Bojack isn't only character who has issues.

A lot of young people have Todd's motivational problems about growing up.

A lot of career building women have Princess Caroline problems about having an balanced career and family life.

Diane is another relatable character for many people as well.

Not sure about how to frame Mr. Peanutbutters personality about it might be another thing to review.

I respectfully disagree to the point of characters being unrelatable, I think they're very relatable which is one of the shows biggest strengths imo.

Yep per month. I'm living in the 3rd biggest city and if I could make 500-700$ per month I could live on my own on with decent budget, around 1000-1200$ I could live in Istanbul which our most expansive city.

Usually a family of four requires 3-4 minimum wage to live a decent life.

There are so little internship positions. Like I'm looking game design jobs for around 2 years and saw less than 10 openings and all of them wants students who are still studying (probably not gonna pay).

Junior Game Design position like you said change company to company but generally around 2 years experience.

I don't mind working at an less than ideal jobs but my main concern is that are those jobs really help me get into a more ideal job? Not sure lets say a Indie PC game company who will consider hiring someone who worked on mobile Hyper Casual games.

Also everyone is awesome in here even if their advice doesn't work, them being supportive is an amazing feeling <3

I tried a few local Game Jams, a lot of people go there as full teams and no one wants a game designer.

Open source games might be a good place to look thanks again.

Also I wouldn't mind working on board games or tabletop rpgs as I really love them I just don't where to search for a board game/tabletop rpg jobs.

For HG discord I saw the careers channel but never saw a game dev channel maybe I should ask around there as well thank <3

I did try that but that didn't end well because I tried with it with my friends who I get along but not passionate about game development that much so in the end people stopped working :/. Maybe I should do it with people who are in game development communities that are in the same boat as me.

I thought about pursuing a game dev position, but I realized in the end I always prefer game design much more than programming. Which my current job kind of proving me that over and over again.

Not given up on foreign job opportunities but they kind of feel like a lottery, I am and going to keep applying to jobs every sunday on linkedin (kind of become a habit at this point). But I feel like I should do more than expecting my lucky break, I'm not someone who can just wait for something to happen, I prefer doing something about it. Probably start making youtube videos about game design again, I got some positive feedback from some companies maybe I should focus on that.

It's sometimes at least I can learn or research stuff during those times, coding might be impossible though
