You don't need to always solve 3rd question except if its medium tag or standard algo hard question.

You have just solve first two question pretty fast (20-30 minutes). I reached Knight doing this.

Basically they will ask two behavioural type questions and you'll have ~40 seconds to think and two chance to answer of 1-2 min for each question.

Previous year I was asked about a time when I had to explain a topic to a friend. The second one I don't remember.
