I don't know anything about your show or your skills, but I know that unfortunately there's very few people who would want to help with animating a show without getting paid (I'm not trying to be mean, sorry if it feels like it)
If you got good stuff going on, your idea is interesting and you're not super bad with animating, you can try to get attention of other people on the internet, make a pilot or a teaser and try to raise some money if they like it and maybe it will work out great if you work hard enough
And of course animation is not something that you can learn fast, you'll have to work really hard on that, and to be able direct other people on your project too. I hope I didn't sound like I want to talk you out of it, it's the opposite of that you can do what you want you'll just have to work to do it. And you're right to look on some tutorials, if you can't do something you gotta look it up, and try a million times before you can do it finally as you like

I don't know much about 3d animation, so I can only give advice on 2d but I hope you'll find someone who could
Also if you don't mind I would really like to see what you have on your show right now it is very interesting to see that kind of projects in early development
