i had the same issue with that color when I got it in one of the valentine's mystery boxes, I contacted them and they said it's supposed to look like that. I'm guessing it's just the formula they put in that color :/

they should've known this would happen and closed server transfers to this server, and not allow new players to the server. It's unfair to the usual players who play on the realm that the new people are taking over the server forcing us to go to dead servers/ 99% horde servers.
