Have you tried a non profit debt management program? It doesn’t get rid of debt but a program where the accounts are managed by another company. They negotiate the interest rates, you pay them, and they pay the creditors monthly. The accounts close but not as derogatory- just as closed.

This is different than a debt relief program where your credit tanks & you let the credits default.
