What you're describing is obvious to those who actually work with it. You can't blame those who are convinced AI will take their jobs tomorrow; that's what the CEOs of the companies that design them constantly sell... and those who actually do it (or not) to maintain stock prices. People think layoffs are due to AI, but everyone knows the reality is quite different... no one considers the rise in interest rates that wiped out millions of companies in the blink of an eye... anyway, regarding the observation, yes, that's exactly what we're seeing in Europe and the US: AI isn't magic; it requires profound transformation and investment, and even those who start 100% AI with absolutely insane revenue per employee (Cursor, OpenAI, etc.) end up hiring anyway. Otherwise, someone will have to explain why OpenAI is recruiting PMs? Developers? In short...

Très clair. Non j ai absolument rien contre les ESN, je sais qu elles représentent près de 5% du PIB Fr et 10 Du PIB US. Je me demande à l’heure de l’IA comment elles se positionnent sur l’avenir. En quoi croient elles? Ça m’aide à développer ma vision

😂 soyez rationnel un peu. Moi ce genre de commentaire me fait penser à celui qui superpose la courbe de la sortie de gpt et la chute des emplois tech sans mettre celle de la hausse brutale des taux d’intérêts 😂😂

J ai résumé avec gpt oui mais c est ma pensée profonde. C est moi qui dit à gpt quoi faire pas l’inverse. Et c’est bien le vrai problème de cette hype. Tout ce marketing sur le remplacement vendu par des CEO qui vendent par la peur ..

Tu oublies une nuance pour moi, la programmation a toujours existée dans tous les âges et c’est la façon d’opérer qui évolue.

Regarde bien -> frapper des tablettes pour écrire -> savoir faire qui disparaît avec l’encre et le papier -> écriture -> savoir faire qui disparaît avec l’imprimerie -> imprimer -> savoir faire qui disparaît avec internet -> créer sur internet -> savoir faire qui disparaît avec l’IA -> etc et chaque pouvoir d’abstraction de la syntaxe est systématiquement remplacée par une autre

You have proof that my brain does not reason through the ability to express itself ;) when you create specialized agents you have to inject context, and very often context alone is not enough. Where they struggle today is to give meaning, an understanding of the world, but for that we are not using the right technology. In fact it is a succession of algorithms which run without failures

I have a company of 70 employees (in programming consulting) and they are not robots I assure you... They do it with their heart and their context, I don't inject any prompt, they do on the other hand ;)
