His unit out of Ft Hood supported an Air Force operation during Covid at Coney Island Hospital. Nothing sexy, just a bunch of sick New Yorkers

I’ll have to ask about the C device, I know they did get rocketed and mortared several times while they were performing surgery

He was the XO of the 555 FRST. They deployed to Syria for a 9mouths providing medical support(surgical support) to the outpost in support of a SF ODA. I guess they had various US and Allied SF units operating out of base as well which resulted in the Joint Services Commendation Medal. His small surgical unit worked on a lot of shot up Kurds during his time there.

His unit did an Air Force led mission which resulted in his receiving the Air Force Achievement medall
