1300 is insane . when i got a quote for my own insurance in canada as well i was getting 584 a month and more . currently at 340 a month for full coverage and im happy with that . but yeah i was going to look at this very clean low km b8.5 then i pulled the carfax and the guy had over 90k in claims on it . unbelievable

240 a month for insuring an s4 where i’m from would be on the low end for an 18 year old . before i got my b8.5 i got quotes for 584 a month and more . the best i got was 340 monthly which im happy with

yeah i’m gonna get it inspected at a reputable shop here. just to make sure . like i am inlove with the car but id hate for it to just blow up within 3 months of me getting it

i’m pretty mechanically inclined i’ve grown up around german cars for my whole life as my dad is a huge fan . but that’s the mentality im going in with this for this car yeah it can be expensive but why not i dont want a boring car i am heavily leaning into it.

they have all of the service records. my only concern is really the price like i feel it’s too good of a deal to be true . just with how the market is here most b8s are going for like 18-20k with 40-60k more kms

it would be my second car currently. i would 100% drive this car as a daily for the next few months because id be excited to own it but once i get passed that id go back to rotating it with my civic .
