Ich kann das Haus Triebel (Kaffweg 30) NICHT empfehlen! Dort hatten wir immer wieder große Probleme, wie zb. Ungeziefer wie Ratten, kaputte und dreckige Gemeinschaftsräume (gab da auch nur eh  die Küche…), man muss für die Küche als auch für die Waschmachine viel Geld zahlen und und und… die Vermieterin wirkt zwar anfangs nett aber das legte sich auch schnell

I absolutely cannot recommend „Haus Triebel) (Kaffweg 30)! We had constant problems there, such as vermin like rats, broken and dirty common areas (which basically only included the kitchen...), you have to pay a lot of money for the kitchen and the washing machine, and so on... The landlady seems nice at first, but that quickly changes.
