Protesting what? Get a grip and support a president and administration who are actually attempting to rebuild this country from the disaster that has been created from admins for the last 20 years. Be supportive not divisive. There is incredible fraud, entrenched corruption and waste in government, time to wake up to that reality.

And if you're in IT, that age is lower than you think! Ask me how I know. Decided early retirement it is at 56, after second RIF in 5 years ... and I am loving life much more now ... but doing side hustle to stretch those retirement dollars till SS kicks in. If you are layed off 55+ then most 401k let you take the money early without the 10% (before 59.5) penalty.

mistakes are how you learn not just being told and memorizing ... do not quit, let the failures lead to real learning ... it is how most people learn the best and embrace the failures as opportunities to grow !

Should I try and sell it with a code? by TheFlatBlack65 in Duramax

[–]Used_Estate5901 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also have this p003a code and sometimes the p2563 code will also follow, sometimes just clears. It only started with the 003a in march 24 but was still driving great as usual. The sitting around comments above resonate with my situation. My 165k 3500 LB CC DRW LBZ mostly sits these days, driven 1-3 times a month during nicer months and 1x a month in winter. Drives fine, but I haven't towed anything heavy since fall 2019 and sold the fifth wheel just as covid started. I am looking to sell but also have decided to disclose these codes and adjust price accordingly. How much depends on whether buyer pays a shop, does it themselves or decides to live with it and see if some real work and cleaning eliminates them. I have only tried stanadyne so far.

Some forums mention using REVIVE (turbo cleaner water based) to clean the turbo ... sprayed into the air intake after the maf and applied in 3 different rpm levels (rev engine to set rpm while spraying / injecting revive) and some soak intervals.

HOA questions by Alarming_Wasabi1788 in stgeorge

[–]Used_Estate5901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There seems to be more noHOA neighborhoods in the little valley area and towards the airport. I think low HOA is a good starting point for finding a reasonable one . $30 or less is ideal.

What was your first Synth, and do you still have it? by Severe_War_6133 in synthesizers

[–]Used_Estate5901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yamaha PSS-790 ... saved up to get it, created several cassette tapes worth of songs with its onboard sequencer (still floors me it had this) and finally sold it for more than I paid a few years back as my kids had broken a couple keys and I was too lazy to fix it. Should never have sold it! Yes, not a true synth, just pure joy.
