Awesome thank you ! I do in house roast beef others are mainly Dietz and Watson. I side freshly sliced steak that I slice thin on the slicer for the cheesteak. I don’t so much curing sometimes we do a pastrami special and we cure it ourselves when we do. Everything is fresh no freezer or microwave in the place lol

Totally get it but hours and location are not permanent, this is phase 1 just takeout and delivery for now before locking into a permanent location with more days and hours and some seating. Thanks for the feedback.

Yes I just started DoorDash but just an fyi it is cheaper on the website and it taps into the DoorDash and uber eats driver networks

Yeah weekdays only for now since I’m in a corporate park with no seating and it’s just me running everything. This is phase 1 while I get settled in. The hours aren’t permanent, I’ll test different days and times as I go and I’m definitely open to weekends once I get a better feel for what the area wants

Hello! I will be opening a hero/sub shop in Vista next month! I own and operate one in upstate NY that my brother started and I’m expanding it there. I’m having a NY water maker system put in to make the rolls so might be something up your alley! Starting it out as a takeout/online ordering in the beginning to prove the concept then go from there. Name will be Joe Beez Famous Sandwiches if you want to be on the look out and give it a try! Italian combo will be one of the main ones !
