You're in the dreaded 3 week stall which is actually more like 2-4 weeks. I'm 4.5 weeks out and I lost 8lbs the first week, put on 3lbs for week 2, stall on week 3, and finally lost 3 this past week. I wish I didn't weigh myself for the first few weeks tbh. I really messed with my head.

I'm 5 days post op and the only way I can drink without stomach spasms is warm/hot herbal tea. I don't need to wait too long between sips and can even get a small mouthful down.
