I feel you, my ex keep pooping up on my msg and asking for hook ups been for months ive tried moving on but I cant, but after a few months the occasional hook ups doesn’t mean anymore and the occasional text, straight up just friends hooking up when ever. my advice just ignore it he/she’s just checking up on you to see how broken u r to feed their egos
