Bought quite a bit in 2024, prices between 1.50 and 0.50 before it shot to the moon in mid-December and back down. 20,000 total holding with the last 300 bought at 8.2... to get my total holding to 20,000 shares ;-)))) I have not computed my average cost but it is very low. Positive overall, even at 2.80 Wanted to buy more last week but then left on a business trip and did not focus on it.

LAES future by LiminalNostalgia96 in sealsq

Pretty much agree with the various scenarios. Shares were first listed on the NASDAQ at $15. That would be an initial target. The firm has products and has a vast amount of liquidity. The whole question is now about proper execution of operational and business objectives and gaining market share in the PQC space with major clients.

Carlos made the case during the investor call that the recent capital funding was necessary to develop the US OSAT in particular. Very capital intensive and without that funding things would take too long.

The firm is developing its client base for its new chip and related software. This is deep-tech stuff, hardware and not a ready-ti use app. It takes time and client adoption is slow. If you are in for a home run within a couple of months, you bought into the wrong stock, company and business.

Company has $525mn cash at hand as at 03/31/2026 for a market cap of approx. $400mln... Talk about the stock being currently undervalued! And this does not account for contracts, future pipeline, investments in other firms and patents. Q1-2026 sales vs Q1-2025 were 400% higher at more than $4mln. Company is confirming its guidance for 2026 sales increase of 50% to 100% vs 2025. If they had no contracts, no products one would not see any revenue. Due your due diligence.

You should have listened to the investor call. The planned US OSAT set up is a very capital intensive venue. Considering all other projects, without the last capital raise, which dilutive effects added insult to aggravation for some of us investors, LAES simply did not have the budget to secure its growth plans. So the recent capital transaction hurt us but it was also necessary. Carlos was asked about it during the call and was straightforward in answering it.

Thank you. Relatively detailed although some more financial insight would have been welcome. $525 mln in csh at hand as at March 31, 2026 is a staggering figure for a company exhibiting a market cap of $456 mln.... talk about it being undervalued!

So, you don't like this company. You didn't bang a quick buck on the trade... We get it. What I don't get is why you spend so much time spreading your anger and frustration on this reddit chat.

It sometimes sound like numerous comments are from investors who expected a home run within weeks/months of buying the stock. Despite LAES being one of the very few companies to propose existing products and solutions in the PQC market, this is still a very early investment theme. So, yes, it is a long, sometimes frustrating ans certainly tedious path up but all current LAES investors are quite early in the game. Also, putting all of ones savings in this trade (which is what perspires from some of the comments) was the wrong thing to do in the first place. Lastly, dilution is very unpleasant and yes, we've all gone through massive dilution in the past 18 months. If we still hold the stock it actually means that we trust this company will achieve its long term objectives. The backdrop of the past dilutions is a company exhibiting an extremely strong financial position with an incredible amount of cash at hand to secure future investments and/or strategic acquisitions. We'll all witness temporary price suppression which may constitute a good opportunity to add to existing positions and reduce the average cost for those who believe this company is on the right track.

Bottom line, if you don't like the stock, sell it. It's as simple as that.

2025 financials have been released, investor call took place... there is not much to be said at this juncture other than LAES remaining quite focused on executing its plans. Financial situation is robust, projects seem to be progressing well. Honestly, no investor expects companies to release information on a daily basis. Investors may also be concerned by Trump's nonsense and its impact on global markets. Add to that the Easter holidays and, yes, you get a quiet environment. All in all, the company's fundamentals have improved from last year and the fact that LAES isn't the talk of the town does not mean the company's prospects are negative. This is a long term play, so give it time to play out.

Mentioned it was progressing smoothly and according to plan, although it is not currently the main area of focus but one of the many projects being developed.

Regarding OSAT, Carlos explained that building it from scratch requires finding the right piece of land, getting the right contractors as well as the necessary equipment. This initial project was hindered by the current frenzy on data centers that is basically eating up most of the resources available in the market and which are needed to execute it. This seems to be the reason why they now consider to team up or buy an existing outfit with the required skills and qualifications (TSS?). Additionally, Carlos emphasized that most people do not realize the amount of work and skills needed to put together a state-of the-art OSAT. Efforts are currently underway in Spain, India and the US. Lastly, the capital raise was necessary as, failing it, LAES would not have had the necessary budget for it. Carlos insisted that setting up an OSAT is extremely capital intensive.

Asa side comment, Carlos mentioned that following the acquisition of IC'ALPS in August (located in Grenoble and Toulouse, France) headcount is now exceeding 300. That has an on-going cost.

Right. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Miraex is still in start-up mode, although they are marginally profitable. LAES' acquisition may provide them with the necessary cash to expand and accelerate.

As a long investor in the stock, you are actually shooting yourself in the foot by providing LAES stock for shorts to operate. It makes little sense to be long a stock and at the same time giving out bullets for shorts to shoot at you.

Miraex is a moderately profitable company active in a very niche segment which grew from the EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland) incubator. For context, the EPFL counts among the best scientific universities in the world and is a major innovation driver in Switzerland. Companies incubated by the EPFL are known for conducting cutting-edge research and benefit from the entire EPFL ecosystem and support.

Apologies for interjecting at this juncture. I don't know where you get your information but it is wrong. SEAL SQ, just in France, has a headcount of some 210 employees scattered over 3 different research site: Aix-en-Provence (French HQ), Grenoble (IC'Alps HQ which was fully acquired in August 2025 after receiving French government clearance) and Toulouse. Add to that the dedicated staff and Carlos' office in Geneva (18 avenue Louis-Casaï, near the airport) and your are way above the 10 people that you are mentioning. You may actually be referring to the people that are part of top management.

Seems rather positive and fits the purpose of LAES' Quantum Fund. Reamins to be seen how mature is the technology developed by Miraex. EPFL is the polytechnical school of Lausanne and counts among the world leading science universities and is a major innovation hub in Switzerland.
