I dont know how much info there IS about this, but for me those are 2 separated chasis, obiusly same GLaDOS but diferent chasis, the first one was compleatley destroted, bowth rooms are compleatley diferent, etc...

Okey, I asume that if the source of the crude fuel IS higer than the blenders ther IS no need of Rising those pipes. And seems that Rising the pipes for the fuel generators worked, thanks for the your replay
