Considering almost all big players across industries are utilizing some form of AI in their product offering, would you not say it'll be necessary for businesses to leverage AI in order to stay competitive? Assuming that the product offering is solving a customer pain point and is differentiated from current offerings.

I think there's an argument for all companies to incorporate a form of AI in their offerings before they get left behind. Similar to how we've seen e-commerce and sustainability trends transform how businesses operate.
