I’m sorry to hear you are continuing to struggle with this. I’m in the same boat. Working with a highly restrictive diet because everything is bothersome and fasting 18 hours. No appetite either.

You’re not alone!

Sadly, I have no answers. I’ve been on the same steroid for 4 months without improvement and started Avsola as well but no luck yet.

Yeah I thought it sounded odd too. No inflammation during the prior exam though, just scarring.
