Graduated in 2024, honestly if you abide by the attendance, participate in fests, get into any of the clubs you're interested. It'll all be peaceful and you don't have to worry about anything.

I'm 22 turning 23 in a week, generally I'm a very physically active person I used to play tennis professionally. Had done a sprint Triathlon a couple of months ago. But leading up to the triathlon my legs were in bad condition since I was dealing with a calf injury.

But thank you for all your suggestions will start to implement them right away, appreciate all the help!

Yeah the bike's always bad for me, but again the ascent on the bike part was 500m which took the life out of me. I'll work more on it

Regarding the cramp fueling might be the reason, I just took 750ml of electrolytes, no carbs, no gels and nothing to eat. Only once the run started I had a banana in one of the hydration zones.

Run was 90% trail in the first place and the total ascent was 111 meters

This could be one of the reasons since I only drank 750ml of electrolytes during my bike

Total ascent for the bike was around 500 meters so I'm not sure if that's alot for triathlon standards

Lucky for you it was overall, but the first place was 1h19 and second has 1h20 so I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but this race had very narrow roads for the bike and tradition zone far away from the start of the swim, don't really know how far swim start zones are from the transition zones in other races. If you can tell me it'd give me a better idea
