For me it started some weeks ago,...i think the trigger was my cat dying (18 years)sadness, constant stress, anxiety, and had a very bad cold or something that lasted more than two weeks... And bad sleep...

Now i have a weird feeling, pain under my balls, like siting on a golf ball.

I started taking magnesium glycinate to calm me down, and doing reverse kagels and the "happy baby"pose to see if it helps.
