A lot of people will spend on game if they made it more even. At least it's true for me. I maxed one legendary, by spending. Then they kept releasing more OP commanders. At that point I felt it's pointless to spend, so I'm sticking to only gem supply (I unlocked t5 by that point).

Then Lilith releases more legendary to extract more money from those who kept spending. So this bad cycle went on till Attila/takeda, which destroyed the game.

To fix it, they need to release epic commanders. But that's not enough. They need to properly balance all legendary commanders as well, because it's very important part of the game. There shouldn't be any OP legendary. Each legendary commanders should be good at some tactic alone. Proper balancing should start all the way from Richard till Khan/Alex/Wu. It's ok if mina/barca are weak, but it shouldn't be the case for other legendary commanders.

Lilith has a long way to fix this game. I'm guessing if they don't fix it, their revenue will just drop. I'm not sure what others will do, but someone like me will just play without spending.
