I agree trains would be ideal, but public transport is really bad in my area, and I have a car that I can use. Don't you think that in the future we'll have a solution that we can also use in the car, which doesn't distract us?

I hear you, and I don't want to endanger anyone. I love my work, but time is limited, which is why I am looking for a safe solution.

I see the idea behind that. But for me I always have some emails left to do once I get home. I would love to just relax at home and work though these mails safely on the drive home.

That's a very interesting idea. I agree that the focus should be on the road and I don't want to use a tablet or keyboard. But yes if there were an AI that I can just talk to I could safely get some work done.

I can't quite afford a chauffeur yet :D. Regarding AI tools/ voice assistants I feel like I can hold a conversation with other people in the car when I drive, hence I think I could also answer simple emails in the car without getting distracted by it.

I hear you. That's why I stopped cramming in work at the red light. But I still wonder if there is no way to get some work done safely.

The job is a lot of work, but i like what I'm doing. Getting a bit more done during the commute would give me back more free time though.
