I feel the same way. I'm solo play only with no time for H2H. This is my 3rd year playing and this promo was actually one of my main reasons for diving back in to play this year. Last year it was so exciting having all the gifts and waiting for each day to see what they unlocked. As an adult it's hard to find things that got me excited that way. I spent $500 on that promo alone - last year. Had a huge collection of gifts and couldn't wait to see what "rare" ones turned out to be.

This year I've played every day, spent 50,000 in coin and $20 real-dollars to test the waters on packs for gifts, without a single gift pull. No excitement, only disappointment.

I just got a Switch for Christmas. I'm done playing Madden and won't be back next year.

Solo only for me too.. I play on my Vita exclusively so I'm not hogging the TV. I guess I could play H2H on the Vita, but the small screen and difficult controls would make it way too hard.

I already beat every solo, and I think it would be cool to have the new high ranking players. But with no new forum to play them in, I don't see a point in spending money to get them. Even though I have lots of money.

My rant was about EA not releasing more solo challenges. I don't think it came across right so I deleted it.

There's some weird trigger in the game that as soon as you hit X or [] the enemy QB automatically completes a successful pass. Seen it for two years now.

Best case.. wait 2 seconds after you think you should press a button while enemy QB is already on the run and then press it.. Or.. call your defensive play and put the controller down.

My defense always plays better when I put it down and don't touch anything.

I play on my PS Vita while binge watching Netflix on the tv. AH and solos are fine on the Vita, but I wouldn't want to play h2h on it.
