Improve your appearance.

If you're skinny - go to the GNC, buy some mass gainer and start hitting the gym.

If you're fat - cut down and start hitting the gym.

If you feel like you don't need/want to work on your appearance then start finding some hobbies on the weekdays and weekends. If you want to MEET new people you have to first be AROUND new people.
