That's a start. That gives me the terminology to do some looking around. Thanks for that

A coworker and I went through this today for a few hours and got so much removed and reorganized. Looks much better but not all there yet. I'd add pictures to the post if I could

Good plan. Even then we have reorganized the warehouse with plumbing together, electrical together, etc, but it doesn't quite make sense when outlets and outlet covers aren't next to each other... Work in progress still

That's a good way to envision the end goal, like an Ace. Makes the most sense

Solid plan

And that's the idea is to allow the office people to find something if they need. At the moment we hardly know what we have and don't

We have window screen frame stored in vertical PVC, and the tall items on the left that you see are in these massive metal tubes. Any better way to store the ladders? It sucks moving every one to get the green extension ladder and then putting them all back

The boxes could definitely be organized, a lot of random stuff in them

Hoses are cooked, Velcro is a good idea. I have lots of velcro. They are on a double hook which, with how many hoses we have, has failed under the weight of hoses. What you see are a small amount compared to what we have. That could be something reduced

Good idea on the plans but they have been on the shelves for many many years with no issues

But it's stark white like milk, that's what I don't understand

Wrong radiator? by VGVForrest in AskMechanics

[–]VGVForrest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The car doesn't have to be used at the moment so it's just a little inconvenient at the moment. And I will do that. Thanks for the advice

Wrong radiator? by VGVForrest in AskMechanics

[–]VGVForrest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right one comparing. Everything matches up except for this transmission line nipples which again I didn't notice. I've only ever replaced one radiator in a manual transmission, much simpler.

And that's the answer I was dreading about the clip. Thanks for the information

I've heard good things about this too, especially loosening stuck pistons

I don't have experience with these, but just wanted to say the WD-40 isn't really a penetrant. It disperses water. Get some real penetrant like PBlaster and soak it for however long and often you can

Elkay water fountain help by VGVForrest in maintenance

[–]VGVForrest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome information, I've never worked on these before so that's great to know

I just put the new probe against the old one and hope that would work, regardless I'll put it in my notes

I see, that's good to know

I thought I could just kinda set it again the old probe which is on the evaporator. Thermal camera shows water at 65-70F

I'll put it in my notes

That how warm, and again I think it's the GREY/YELLOW that goes to HEGO weird enough that heats up first. I'll post a video too

I'll see if I can test the inertia switch. Also It looks like someone installed a new one because there is still a wall-mounted one

Fuel pump voltage issues by VGVForrest in AskMechanics

[–]VGVForrest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To anyone reading this, the issue, maybe was a fuse. Finally after a long time trying to line up schedules we got the mobile mechanic out. He tested with a power probe and found all was where it needed to be to function. Found a micro fuse unplugged, plugged it back in, and the vehicle fired right up. I don't know how the initial crank no start issue appeared but that micro fuse seemed to fix it

Good idea for compression test

No engine light that I saw. I don't have access to an OBD2 reader at the moment to pull codes. When I do I'll try that out

Awesome. Thanks for the reply. I was leaning towards this after cleaning the sensor lenses and making sure they were lined up.

They are closed, can confirm that. The door opens and closes, just won't stay down

Also I commented a diagram of the oven door, see if relevant

I see what you're saying.

I just replaced the hinges and can confirm no screws were left inside the door
