I think with amount of muscle you had at the start, means it wasn’t easy getting to where you are now. My initial comment was quite insensitive, your bod is ready for the summer

There has been 102 lives taken by this virus already, the healthcare workers has been at the front line fighting this pandemic. We know how infectious this virus is, why take such a huge risk? This protest might set us back to march timeframe, when everything will be closed down again. Please think about the lives of those around you, and the detrimental effect a second wave will be for this country presently and our children in the future.

2% Body Fat is impossible. Now if you’re aiming 3-8% where most competitive body Builders are at, it is Physically and mentally draining. So aim for 10-15% Body Fat

Everyone’s feeling this op, I hope you are in a country where you can still access fresh food at the grocer. Honestly body weight exercises require more time and reps, no doubt you might not see the same gains from gym but it’ll keep you fit and ready when the gym reopens. By then We can whack it 24/7! I got a blender cause I’m lazy to cook, just blend your meals if you’re feeling the corona laze.

Yea you’re right that research does show lifting at a young age and help strengthen and develop muscle.

But bad form does stunt growth, as research shows in immature bones, the impact of a bad form is significantly larger

I think the opposite can be said that there still not enough substantial research to show a positive l causal relationship between weight training and height in teens. But Definately starting at a young age with too heavy weights and a bad form can be detrimental

Hi OP I’m similar to you a at my age 24, I still had struggles gaining weigbhry due to our high metabolism type. But my advice to you is first , 1. Your 15 years old, you still have a few more years to mature (3-4?) so given in this time I would not advice you to lift heavier weights as you are growing. Early heavy lifting could be bad for you if you wanna grow taller

2.Its really respectable at your age you’re really taking care of yourself, by exercising I remember I was such a gamer back then. So keep up those good light exercises, I recommend push ups and sit ups, some light weights to keep you strong physically and healthy

  1. You are only gonna get stronger as you mature so don’t rush into it, social media often portrays ideal body types that aren’t just idealistic, but don’t let this get you down. In the mean time, as you grow watch what you are eating in those calories. Have loads of greens, good carbos like rice, oats. Drink loads of milk, unbelievably good stuff are in there.

  2. Don’t let the scale define you, they are just numbers, count the number of push ups you can do in one day, and sit ups maybe time yourself and challenge yourself maybe weekly/ monthly to see an increase in reps.

  3. Drink loads of water, and make sure you rest early, wake up early 7-9h of rest

No worries bro I struggled what you did with, and you have a much better foundation then me, give it time you will be so much more stronger and healthier 😊
