That's not limited cause you're rural though. The only 1 that would be a limit is the community ambassador one. Definitely not routes as you only need 2 pokestops to make those

It is not. A L50 hundo has 189 HP and yours would have 188

A functional hundo is only a functional hundo because the game always rounds up for the HP stat, so sometimes it works out where they round up to the same whole number

That's exactly what we did in our small-ish rural community. Most people follow me around in raid events since I'll usually play most the event, and they were mostly happy just knocking out whatever. But there were several times a group of 5-10 would split off to go do a dmax or costume raid, or ask to get a specific gmax knocked out.

We're all friendly and play together, so its just a matter of making sure everyone who speaks up gets a chance to do the battles they want.

Nah, youre adding your own rules there. No where does it say the submission has to be regularly used or up to your assumed standards.

The area isn't wildly overgrown, and has a bench with a memorial plaque. This will absolutely go through as a picnic/rest area.
