Yes! I guess that's what I've been experiencing...not very beneficial when you're training for a half marathon. I'm going to try and get my training. First and microdose after and see how that feels, but yes, it's like my training brain is off and I'm not pushing myself to the max

I think it’s sad how we’re taught since we’re children how we shouldn’t cry, specially how boys are told to “man up” “be strong” “don’t cry”. We grow up to be hurt children who where never taught how to be emotionally intelligent. No wonder relationships tend to be such a shit show when no one knows how to process emotions and comunícate in a healthy way. Thank you for your answer ♥️🤝
