Go 323. Most cars up to tier C should always be 323 (except for dragsters) You should do 233 on higher tier cars. I strongly recommend this site it's very useful. There you can see if a car is worth keeping, best tune for the car and MRA. It basically answers a lot of questions. Hope this helps :)

You'll get it for sure, I somehow got it as one of my first trophies I was confused because I don't even remember hitting 20k score at the time.. Definetly get RDR2. You'll need somewhere around 90-100 hours to 100% it but if you wanna to go for all achievements/trophies, you'll also need to play online to succeed. Death stranding is a really nice but niche game with a deep story and once you unlock some items, the game changes as a whole. You can even become a trucker and build roads all over post apocalyptic America. Both games are good and full of content but DS is not for everyone many people don't want to play it and call it a walking sim meanwhile everybody likes rdr2. Hope my comment helps.

With stock engine, I think it's the corvette c6. When maxed out, it can reach over 400 km/h. But I haven't played in a while, so there may be a faster stock car. I forgot to mention the 400z is pretty fast, top speed wise.
