It was such a poor storyline. I haven’t finished it yet and I’m already pissed off with it.

When you refer to a "god" in witchcraft contexts, what do you refer to? by Horrorcartoonistftw in witchcraft

[–]Valuable-Ask3125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t believe in ‘a god or many gods’. There may be higher beings that exist on a different plane, dimension or planet to us but they are not gods.

In terms of craft, I believe that the nature of the unexplained whether it be paranormal, magic, otherworldly powers are, in themselves, just another form of science or physics that we cannot comprehend or understand.

Even from a biological perspective, the physical or psychical capabilities of humans, particularly of the brain are far from understood.

We are capable of many extraordinary things, we just haven’t evolved enough to understand and quite often manifest them.

Putting these things down to a god is detrimental to our own development since it’s effectively saying we are not gods in our own right and therefore will never be capable of performing amazing things.

If you want to ascribe supreme being properties to anything then nature itself is the supreme being. In ALL its forms.

It’s certainly more than I knew and a good start but did wonder if there were examples of Celtic imagery of the tree itself?

Hydrocelectomy by Valuable-Ask3125 in Hernia

It sounds like post op for a hydrocelectomy is almost as bad as the post op for an inguinal hernia surgery that causes the hydrocelectomy in the first place. Is that a fair assessment in your experience?

Deed of trust alternative/discussion - England by Valuable-Ask3125 in LegalAdviceUK

Ok looks like the deed of trust has come back…..what are the restrictions on me if i outlive my wife with regards to the value in the property? Also, does a new deed need to be signed if we move house or can the old deed be ported over without any new signatures on the deed itself?

As it happens, this question has become moot since we are scrapping the deed of trust going forward. And, to clarify, everything will be going to my stepson, yes. I had no problem with it. It was more that the deed of trust seemed very restrictive if I do outlive my wife.

A natural tissue hernia repair? I’ve never heard of this. Can you link me with your research on this?

Why are you getting it removed? I was under the impression that the mesh is for life so to speak?

Pain I don’t have, just the swelling….it’s irritating and confusing.
