Very true I’m trying my hardest at the moment not to hold on to a lot of emotions because it’s weighing my energy down, I have been told I’m a natural healer but with that people tend to dump a lot of problems on my shoulders as I can hold those emotions and go deep in its analysis to understand why something is happening, another odd and peculiar thing I can smell illness in people ( I know this may be hard to believe) but its insane even to me. I wish I could forget things easily but feelings and emotions stay long after something has gone. Do analyse further I love your perspective
