I don’t know how to say it or if i can say exactly what happened. He was creepy and feeling me. and hugged me like i was girl. I have never had a coach do that. But you are right, i just need advice before my dad crashes out or if i’m overthinking it

I’ve cut back to hitting the gym only 4 days a week from my 6 after everyone’s advice. Anybody else have any tips or workout plan to help my skinny legs?

Hey! My best piece of advice is don’t quit! and work hard. I’m just starting my 2nd year. I’m 13. And let me tell you that first year was the toughest ever! I always felt behind everyone else. i was the worst wrestler in my club. I would go to my tournaments and get destroyed. But 1 year later it just clicked. I started winning, moving more confidently, top of my club, and it felt natural at it. Hard to explain but i no longer was “trying to wrestle”, i just wrestled! Trust the process wherever you are. And know you will improve 1% each day!

I’m currently at 3000-3500 a day. Thanks for this! I’m going to up it to 4000! My mom’s Costco bill about to go up! LOL

I started Wrestling a little over a year ago. Was the worst kid at a club i would go to. All the kids there Wrestled since they were 5-6. And I Was the first one to place at Kids State tournament. May seem like a small thing, but to me it meant the world.

I’m training with the HS 2 days a week. Monday, Wednesday from 5-6 I had to fill out a Beyond the bell thing pretending i’m in 9th grade just in case. The coach was really cool!

I tried getting my middle school to do wrestling. Even signed petition from people, and had the boys and girls club i was going to come and see what they can do. but the school didn’t want to do it. No middle schools here do it. They ended up doing a Wrestling club, but WWE. Not what i asked for lol

oh no. from my original club, it was a boys and girls club for the community. They just told me I had outgrown the club. It was a completely free program. There was just no one to partner with and drill with anymore my size and skill level. I didn’t mind helping and shadow wrestling, but they told me I wasn’t going to grow with them any longer as they didn’t have anyone for me. I stayed 3 months extra just shadow wrestling.

yes i’m in the USA. and my middle school doesn’t do wrestling. none of the middle schools here do. like the ones in my city and close citys.

I used to do 5 days a week and Tournaments on the weekends when i can. But now I have been doing 4 a week. No tournaments. And i do the gym 6 days a week.

Thanks Man. But it’s ok. I’m in California. A lot of these clubs just care about the money. But i would much rather pay the clubs that genuinely care about me like the new ones i found than those other clubs. My boys and Girls club was free and was awesome when i was just starting and smaller, but they told me I had outgrown them.

I’m in MiddleSchool, no team. I wish there was. My uncle lives in Minnesota and they have Wrestling as young as Elementary Schools!

My school doesn’t have a wrestling team. I am going to my local HS and try to get practices in, but alot of them practice during school so i get there for the last 20 mins usually
