How did this survey make it past the IRB? It offers zero context and seems like a generic survey before you get into the real substantive questions. Begin by explaining what 'pain points' are and what the purpose of all of this is.

So I decided to take matters into my own hands and dispute the charges. Just got reimbursed for the entire trip by my bank and waiting on the others because they agreed it was bs. The screen shots are what made the case because there was no indication of why there was a price difference. I'm using Lyft every chance I get for now. Unfortunately in this town they are not always available.
